01Rates & timing
Simple as spreading.
Orders placed before 2pm Monday to Friday leave our kitchen the same day. Orders placed over the weekend are packed on Monday. You’ll get a tracking email as soon as your parcel starts its journey.

A small note on glass jars
We use protective, recyclable packaging because good mustard deserves a safe landing. If anything arrives damaged, contact us within 48 hours and we’ll make it right.

We currently deliver across the UK, including the Highlands and islands. Some remote postcodes may take a little longer.

Check the tracking link in your dispatch email first. If it’s been more than two working days beyond the estimate, send us a note and we’ll investigate.
